Business Continuity during the Global Coronavirus (COVID-19) Outbreak


Accuity is closely monitoring events surrounding the global outbreak of coronavirus (COVID-19) and following our well-documented Business Continuity plans to limit the impact on the delivery of our products and services.

To ensure the health and safety of our employees, clients, and partners, we have:

  • Postponed all travel to high risk regions and non-essential travel to medium-risk regions, following all applicable government guidelines
  • Actively encouraged and supported employees to work from home where possible
  • Ensured a skeleton staff is present in offices where necessary

Our Product Support and Fulfilment teams remain fully operational and we currently expect there to be no change to expected service levels.

Our global Professional Services teams are continuing to service customers as required, while observing the appropriate and changing guidelines of both Accuity and our customers.

Where implementations require direct/onsite access to customers’ systems we will – where possible and in discussion with the customer – switch to remote deployment procedures.
