The Ever Changing Climate of Compliance in the Netherlands – Are You Regulator Ready?
Event Navigation
We’re excited to announce that we will be returning to the Netherlands to host a breakfast briefing on the topic The Ever Changing Climate of Compliance – Are You Regulator Ready? This year the event will focus on the impact of increased scrutiny and regulation across all corporate sectors. Join us on 2 October 2018 at The Cristofori Concert Hall, Amsterdam to be part of the conversation.
As one of the most open economies in the world, the Netherlands is a hub for businesses across various industries. This brings the obvious benefit of a strong economy, however it also increases the potential risk for financial crime. As such, sanctions and regulations are ever changing to address the increasing level of risks posed by the changing landscape.
For 2018 our agenda is focused on the impacts of the 4th and 5th AMLD, taking an in-depth look into Iranian sanctions and the current Netherlands AML landscape. Attention will then turn to how technology enables corporates to get ahead of regulation, now and in the future. To close we’ll bring speakers together to answer your questions on how to implement an effective financial crime compliance programme.
Key highlights:
- What do Iranian sanctions look like?
- Learn which technologies can enable you to address current and future regulations
- How to implement an effective AML policy
- Network with compliance professionals from across the corporate sector
We hope you will join us for our complimentary breakfast briefing at The Cristofori Concert Hall, Prinsengracht 583, 1016 HT Amsterdam starting at 8.30 am for what promises to be an interactive and engaging discussion.
Bookings have now closed
The event is now at full capacity, but if you would like to be put on a waiting list, please contact Mary Elcock who will contact you if a space becomes available.
